“වසත් නූපුර” was a dancing evening organised by the Dancing subcommitee of the Cultural center of the Faculty of Medicine to celebrate the Sinhala new year festival. It was held at the T.W. Wikramanayake auditorium of the Faculty of Medicine, Galle on the 29th of March 2023. The students of the 40th, 41st, 42nd, 43rd, 44th and the 45th batch took part in the dancing events and the academic staff of the Faculty of Medicine, Galle also performed at the event.
The event was graced by Prof. Vasantha Devasiri, the Dean, Faculty of Medicine and the academic staff, non-academic staff and the students of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Ruhuna.
