A high-ranking officers and monks from the Ganzhou temple China visited the FOM UOR on the 2nd September 2023. Vice Chancellor, Dean and the academic staff and the students graced the occasion.
They officially announced a donation worth Chinese Yuan 2 million (LKR 85 million) to furnish the Professorial Ward Complex which is nearing completion with all the required beds..
These beds and other furniture will facilitate clinical training of increased student uptake.
