Dr. Pabasara Kalansuriya was awarded the Prof. N.D.W. Lionel Memorial Oration by the Sri Lanka Medical Association at the 134^th Anniversary International Medical Congress 2021. The title of the oration was “Revitalizing the drug pipeline; Microbial Secondary Metabolites as an Untapped Molecular Resource of New Therapeutic Agents”. The oration was delivered on the 24^th September, 2021.
